Back pain, the one pain that sometimes just can’t be ignored. I am also a sufferer of Patella femoral syndrome, which is basically just a pain in the front of the knee that i’ve had since my athletic days in high school. I can go through my whole day ignoring the pain, but when I have a fibromyalgia flare up in my back, the pain can’t be ignored. So what do I do?
